SAATVIK is a single stop eshop for all your pooja and festival samagri needs. We provide all puja items, handicrafts, festival essential accessories like karwachowth thali and clay idols.

Our story of our creation lies around simplifying to get everything for Indian pooja things on the online in foreign countries.. 

We provide everything at reasonable and affordable price so that anyone can enjoy festival like home country.

 

  1. WHERE CAN SAATVIK.CZ DELIVER THE PRODUCTS?

Right now we deliver only in Czech Republic.

 

  1. How can I buy from SAATVIK.CZ?

SAATVIK.CZ: We takes online orders through our website as well as whatsapp. We do not take any order on phone or via email. If you are having any problem placing an order, you can call our customer Support Team Monday to Sunday between 9 am to 7 pm and we'll help you place the order. Alternatively, you can write to us at support@saatvik.cz anytime and we'll get back to you within 24 working hours.

  1. Do you gift wrap or provide packaging options?

We are providing a gift wrap option. Also, we are provided an option to add a gift box at a nominal charge (the option is available in the Checkout Page). We provide gift wraps, potli and boxes to suit different occasions & gift items.

  1. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

Right now we accept cash on delivery but working on different payment options.

  1. Can I replace an Item?

For broken, damaged or wrong products, you can ask for a replacement, which will take 3 – 5 days to be re-delivered at the recipient's address. Unsealed and clay products should be returned only after proper justification.

  1. How Long Product delivered to us.

Usually any product take 2 to 3 days delivery in CZ by delivery partners.

  1. How do I track my order

You can track your order either using the Order History link.

  1. Can I cancel my order.

Order with personalized/customized products won't be cancelled once it is processed. Your order with standard products can be cancelled if it has not already been dispatched. We usually process all orders within a couple of hours of it being placed, and dispatch on the same day. So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch with us at the earliest.
